Visitor Information

All Adeptus Health emergency rooms are open 24 hours a day, every day of the year. There are no fixed visiting hours, though we may limit visitors in busy times for the comfort and privacy of all patients.

Free patient and visitor parking is available at every facility, with reserved spaces near the entrance for patients arriving by car and for people with disabilities.

• Photo ID and insurance card.
• A list of current medications and known allergies.
• Contact details for your primary care clinician.
• If visiting on behalf of a child, any vaccination records you have on hand.

• Children under 12 should be supervised by an adult other than the patient.
• Please silence phones inside treatment rooms.
• Photography or recording of staff or other patients is not permitted.
• If you feel unwell with cough, fever, or other symptoms of contagious illness, please wear a mask or postpone your visit.

Each location offers a calm waiting area, complimentary coffee and water, free WiFi, and private consult rooms for difficult conversations.
