Insurance we accept
We accept most major commercial insurance plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, and UnitedHealthcare. Coverage varies by plan, so please call your insurer to confirm benefits for emergency services.
Price transparency
We publish standard charges for our services in line with federal price transparency rules. Ask any team member at the front desk for a copy or download the file from our patient portal once available.
Financial assistance
Patients who meet income guidelines may qualify for discounts or free care under our financial assistance policy. To apply, request a Financial Assistance Application at the front desk or by calling info@adeptushealth.com.

- Decisions are made within 30 days of a complete application.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, uninsured and self pay patients have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges. Ask at any time and we will provide one in writing.
